The Perlant began with dinners, not a lease. Before the doors opened in Atlanta, Christian Ries spent years building relationships over shared bottles of wine, one conversation at a time. That founding cohort of 100 became the community that exists today: more than 500 memberships, a 4.8 star member rating, and an annual travel program that sells out within an hour of release.

We're building Nashville the same way. Christian has spent countless hours in the city, walking its neighborhoods and getting to know the people who live there. When the timing wasn't right, we walked away rather than force it. We came back when it was right.
